Cancellation
Policy

I understand that life is sometimes unpredictable, and I do my best to approach cancellations with both clarity and compassion.

1:1 Private Coaching

If you need to reschedule your coaching session, please provide at least 24 hours' notice whenever possible.

Because your appointment time is reserved especially for you, sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed without prior notice, may not be eligible for rescheduling.

If unexpected circumstances arise, please reach out. Genuine emergencies happen, and whenever reasonable, we'll work together to find an appropriate solution.

Live Online Group Courses

Because places are limited and preparation begins before the course starts, registrations are generally non-refundable once the course begins.

If you're unable to attend a live session, a recording will be available so you can catch up at a time that works for you. Recordings remain available throughout the duration of the course and for one week after the final session. To receive the greatest benefit from the course—and to contribute to the connection and shared learning within the group—participants are encouraged to attend the live sessions whenever possible.

If you need to withdraw before the course begins, please contact me as soon as possible. Whenever possible, I'll do my best to find a solution that feels fair for both of us, which may include transferring your registration to a future course.

Workshops & Classes

If you're unable to attend a workshop or class, please let me know as soon as possible.

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the event may be eligible for a transfer to another workshop, class, or future offering, where space permits.

If you can no longer attend, you're also welcome to transfer your registration to someone else by notifying Christie Laine Coaching before the event begins.

Because workshops and classes involve advance planning and limited spaces, cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice are generally non-refundable.

If Christie Laine Coaching needs to cancel or reschedule an event, you'll have the option to transfer your registration to another offering or receive a full refund.
